Applications of BBa_K1073025
When amilGFP is expressed the colonies on agar plates as well as cells in liquid culture exhibit a strong yellow color. The iGEM Team Braunschweig 2013 used this device to differentiate two different strains when grown in a mixed culture. For futher experience see BBa_K1073024.
